A New York the gendarmes officer and two colleagues have stood trial for abusing a man in October 15, 2008 after extraordinary him for smoking a marijuana cigarette.
Michael Mineo, at the time 24, was smoking a marijuana cigarette with a pen-pal near the Prospect Park subway station 15 months ago when an under-eiderdown police vehicle approached them.
Upon observing the police, Mineo threw away the cigarette and fled into the post, said the court authorities, according to a Thursday New York Times saga.
He was then tackled by several officers and one of them, Richard Kern, “repeatedly shoved a retractable baton between Mr. Mineo's tushy,” the prosecutor revealed, citing eyewitnesses.
The horrific oversee abuse left Mineo badly injured and hospitalized.
Mineo was intimidated by administrator Kern to keep mum about the abuse, otherwise he would be charged with felony.
